JA1LZK had been one of those who had dreamed
super DX contacts on 6m
such as JA-US,JA-South America around
Cycle 20.
I haven't even imagined to become possible
to work with EUs and Middle East countries
from Japan on 6m in early summe‚’ season
like today.!.
My first QSO with U.S. station was WB6NMT
on June 4 in 1977.
You may be able to hear it by clicking
the
mouse below.

Nov.20, 2001:
Worked WA7TZY on 6m from my Mobile & W6BYA at 00:41U.
On Nov.15 2001, I have contacted with WA7TZY on 6m from my mobile at 23:55U on the way
to my office. It happened when I drove my car along the bank of River Tamagawa,
which is the boundary between Tokyo and Kanagawa.
Since, recent 6m condition has been very remarkable, I have setup FT100D
for 6m with 3/8 wave mono-band whip mounted on my Toyota Camri replaced
from HV-7 Multibander, which has been normally used.
I felt very happy because I made it among many calls of fixed stations.
I have never thought that having QSO with
U.S. was so easy!!
On Nov. 20 2001, On the way to the post office in my city to send my QSLs to the buro,
I heard W6BYA looking for small cities in Japan. I knew there was no activity
on 6m in Komae city for Dxing, I gave him a call and JCC#1020 of my city
with 59-59 it was new for him. Another Happy day for me!!
JA1LZK@JN1ZQW, the club station of
Boy Scout, 1st Komae Group in Tokyo.
Worked 123 entities from my mobile
since Sept.2000 as of April 23, 2004.
JA1LZK has come back to the air just recently after 20-year hibernation.
I am enjoying mobile operation most of the
time from 40m thru 70cm with FT-100D and
Multiband HV-7 Mobile whip Antenna loaded
on TOYOTA CAMRI.
However, 6m is my most favorite band but
I have tried to keep myself silence.
It is because the most of time
mobile signals sink to the deepest bottom
of QRM of JAs on 6m it only consequences
the cause to bother others when
I call DX stations in the heavy
dog pile-ups.
It however, is not always true that I am a man having strong mind being
able to control my own desires. I am apt to join pile-ups. I know I have
blown my cool frequently.

as JN1ZQW
About my city Komae, It is located about 15km southwest of downtown
Tokyo. It belongs to Tokyo Metropolitan and
is a little city in Japan in the third.
The population is about 74,000 in 6.4 squire
km. Komae is one of the cities in Japan which
is the most difficult for those people who
are collecting JCC award. Komae is a rare
city as much as to do expeditions from outside
of the city in order to give #1020 as JCC
number to award hunters.
If you have already worked with me, you are just lucky.
