DownloadDigiTalk, Setup.exe.

Downloadthe TruVoice speech engine, tv_enua.exe.
 

If you are running Windows 95, 98 or 98SE,

DownloadMSagent, MSagent.exe.

If you are running Windows XP,

 Download the Microsoft SAPI 4.0 runtime support

After downloading, run the downloaded programs.
 

The  Run command for DigiTalk is \program files\digitalk\digitalk.exe.
