| Article II: | Purpose: to afford the amateur radio operators and those interested in radio as a hobby an opportunity to support repeater upkeep, generate interest in amateur radio and meet socially. |
| Article III: | Membership: membership is open to anyone who has an interest in amateur radio. A charter member to be anyone who joins on or before July 1,2002. |
| Article IV: | Officers: the officers of the club shall be the President, Vice President and Secretary - Treasurer. President shall appoint a Chaplain and a Sergeant of Arms. (Amended October 21, 2002) |
| ArticleV: | Meetings: meetings to be held as designated by the officers. |
| Article VI: | Constitution and By - Laws: this constitution and by - laws may be amended at any regular or special meeting by a 2/3 vote of the members present. |

| Article I: | Effective July 1, 2002, the club dues will be $10.00. Of the $10.00, $8.00 will go to the Repeater Fund and $2.00 will go to the Club Treasury. |
| Article II: | Duties of the Officers: The President shall preside at all meetings, as well as appoint all special and standing committees. The Vice President shall preside if the President is absent. The Secretary - Treasurer shall give notice of all meetings, keep the records of minutes, conduct all correspondance and keep the records of the club. He/She shall also collect all dues and record such dues and render a club financial report at each meeting. The Sergeant of Arms shall open meetings by leading the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance and keep order during meetings. The Chaplain shall open Meetings with prayer and attend to spiritual matters as they arise. (Amended October 21, 2002) |
