Russian District Award Contest

Russian stations work everyone and send RST and RDA District Code. Your district is entered into the `Sec/Prov` field of the setup screen. ex: TA01 - no dash.

Multipliers: Each different DXCC country and each different RDA district. Districts are shown in the log file as `TA01-` for example, so GenLog can count each different one as a multiplier. Entering an invalid district results in the {Worked} count being different from the number of different multipliers in the last column of the log file.

QSO points, with:
Own country/continent - 1 point.
Own country/other continent - 2 points.
Non-Russian/own continent - 3 points.
Non-Russian/another continent - 5 points.

Non-Russian stations work Russian stations only and send RST and QSO serial number.

Multipliers: Each different RDA district, counted only once. Entering an invalid district results in the {Worked} count being different from the total multiplier count.

QSO points: With Russian stations - 10 points.

Note:
Districts are entered into the logger without the separator dash; TV38, not TV-38. This also applies to the [Sec/Prov] field entry in the setup form. GenLog does not check for valid district entries.

Work a station on each band and each mode, CW and PH.
Total score  = Total QSO points  X  total multipliers.

Datafile required: [ rda_dist.dat ].
