KM Timers is an elapsed time and countdown timer application. 

The countdown timer can control a COM port output to turn on a device
using a relay driver to activate a mechanical or solid-state relay.
Either the RTS or DTR pin can be selected on COM or USB ports.
Get the COM port number from the PC`s device manager.

The supplied alarm.wav can be used or select another wave file, as long
as it is re-named alarm.wav and is placed in the Timer startup folder.
