N-QSO rule, N=2 or 3:
Stations that did not submit a log and are not in at least N logs are
deemed not in the contest and their QSOs are not counted.


5 minute rule:
During cross checking, QSO time difference more than 5 minutes is
considered not a match - NIL. This value can be changed.


Supports 2 profile Ini files:
For DX contests and State QSO Parties, scoring can be different for
`home` and `away/DX` stations. This requires 2 different Ini files.
