1. Open the WinZip file and select the files by date to see the recently updated
files, for example:

DXCC_pre.dat
DXCC_Exceptions.dat


2. Open the WinZip file and select the files by `Name` to see the related files
used for a particular contest, for example:

PAQP_PA.ini
PAQP_nonPA.ini
PAQP_Mults.dat
PAQP-EPA.dat
PAQP-WPA.dat
PAQP_Reformat.ini
PAQP_BonusPoints.ini
PAQP_CrossCheck.ini

The default extraction folder is c:\CabEvaluator, or where you installed the SW.

Extract the files that you want. Run CE and after loading a contest Ini file, see
what `other` files you may need to extract - files that do not use the contest name
as part of their filename - states_plus10ve.dat, StateProv64.dat, 13_ve_mults.dat etc.

You can also do Summary, Write this Contest Ini summary. The file can show the Extra,
Bonus, DXCC and Continent QSO point files being used. Access to the additional scoring
forms is by using the File, Extra Setups menus.
