Hi, my name is Rocco. The picture above is me doing what I love to do. Talk to my friends on Amateur (Ham) Radio. I have been a ham radio operator since 1979 when I was first licensed as KA2QBD. I upgraded to Extra class 10 years later and was issued the call sign WU2M. Ham radio has many different modes to choose from and for the most part this page will be dedicated to my favorite mode, Slow Scan Television. (SSTV) Please feel free to look around and let me know what you think!
You can listen to my friends and I in the afternoon on your shortwave radio on 7.228MHz, 3.863MHz or in the evening on 1.916MHz.The sounds that you here us sending is Slow Scan Television. If you have a valid Amateur Radio Operators license please drop by and say hello to us.
