Abbreviations for Canadian Provinces

The actual official abbreviations are now as follows:

     Alberta: AB
     British Columbia: BC
     Manitoba: MB
     New Brunswick: NB
     Newfoundland-Labrador: NL
     Nova Scotia: NS
     Nunavut: NU
     NW Territories: NT
     Ontario: ON
     Prince Edward Island: PE
     Quebec: QC
     Saskatchewan: SK
     Yukon Territories: YT

Please note that Newfoundland and Labrador are now united in
one province. Canada Post, RAC and NCJ (NAQP), and other QSO parties
have been using the 13 provinces/territories list for a while now.
