SPRATLY ISLANDS.  Gerben, PG5M is QRV as 9M2/PG5M from Pulau Layang
Layang, IOTA AS-051, until April 23.  Activity is on 40 to 10 meters
using only CW.  QSL to home call.

ISRAEL, 4X.  Dov, 4Z4DX plans to be QRV as 4X0MDC in the Holyland DX
contest.  QSL via IK2VUC.

SENEGAL, 6W.  Dani, EA4ATI is QRV as 6W/homecall until April 2008.
During contests he is active as 6W1EA.  Activity is on 160 to 10
meters.  QSL direct to home call.

CHINA, BY.  He Lei, BD1DRJ will be QRV as BD1DRJ/3 from Shijiutuo
Island, IOTA AS-134, from April 21 to 22.  Activity will be on 40,
20, 15 and 10 meters using CW and SSB.  QSL to home call.

IRAN, EP.  Sadegh, EP3HF has been active on 20 and 17 meters at
various times during the day.

ETHIOPIA, ET.  Peter, ET3BN has been active on 30, 20 and 17 meters
at various times.

ITALY, I.  In celebration of the 2760th anniversary of the founding
of Rome, special event station IO0SPQR is QRV until April 22 on all
bands.  QSL via I0YCB.

OGASAWARA ISLAND, JD1.  Skip, JE2HCJ is QRV as JD1/JE2HCJ until
April 25.  He is active on 160 to 6 meters using mainly CW.  QSL to
home call.

MONGOLIA, JT.  Nicola, I0SNY, Giampiero, I5NOC, Pino, I8YGZ, Andrea,
IK1PMR and Claudia, IZ1GLO are here until May 3.  They are active as
JT1Y from Ulaanbaatar, and will be visiting other call areas with
the JT1KAA radio club.  Activity is on 160 to 10 meters using CW,
SSB, RTTY and PSK31.  QSL via I0SNY.

FINLAND, OH.  A group of Italian and Finnish operators will be QRV
as OH10TA from Parainen Island, IOTA EU-096, from April 25 to 29.
QSL via IZ0EHO.

CZECH REPUBLIC, OK.  In commemoration of the 75th anniversary of the
founding of the Moravian Transmitting Amateurs, special event
station OL75CAV will be QRV on April 22.  Activity will be on all
bands using CW and SSB, and time-permitting, RTTY and PSK.  QSL via
OK1UU.

DENMARK, OZ.  Tom, DL4VM will be QRV as OZ/DL4VM from Samso Island,
IOTA EU-172, from April 21 to May 5.  He will be using QRP power on
40, 20 and 15 meters using only CW.  QSL to home call.

FRANZ JOSEF LAND, R1FJ.  Victor is QRV as R1FJM and has been active
on 40 meters around 1530z.  QSL via RX3MM.
              
TURKEY, TA.  Tevfik, TA1HZ and Bekir, TA2RX will be QRV as TC57ALAY
from the Gelibolu Peninsula from April 21 to 25 to commemorate the
57 Regiment martyrs from the 1915 Canakkale War. Activity will be on
40 and 20 meters.  QSL via operators' instructions.

CORSICA, TK.  Look for HA0HW, HA4DX, HA4XG, LZ1PJ and LZ5AV to be
QRV as TK/homecalls from Cap Corse from April 21 to 28.  Activity
will be on 160 to 10 meters, including VHF and MS on 2 meters, using
mainly CW, but also SSB, RTTY and PSK31.  QSL to home calls.

MICRONESIA, V6.  Kei, JK1QLR is QRV as V63LR from Ulithi Atoll, IOTA
OC-078, until April 22.  Afterwards, he will be active as V63LR from
Yap Island, IOTA OC-012, beginning April 23.  QSL both calls to home
call.

TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS, VP5.  Fred, PY2XB is QRV as VP5/PY2XB from
Providenciales Island, IOTA NA-002, until May 3.  Activity is on 160
to 12 meters with an emphasis on the low and new bands.  He is also
active with a 6-meter beacon on 50097 kHz.  QSL via PT7WA.

HONG KONG, VR2.  Charlie, VR2XMT has been active using RTTY on 20
meters around 1300z and SSB around 1140 and 0100z.

LAOS, XW.  Larry is QRV as XW1A and has been active on 20 meters
between 0000 and 0100z.  QSL via E21EIC.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  Kids Roundup, NCCC Sprint CW Ladder,
TARA Skirmish Digital Prefix Contest, Holyland DX Contest, ES Open
HF Championship, EU Spring SSB Sprint, EU EME Contest, Michigan QSO
Party, EA-QRP CW Contest, Motorola QSO Party, Ontario QSO Party, YU
DX CW Contest and the SKCC Weekend CW Sprint will certainly keep
contesters busy this weekend.  The 432 MHz Spring Sprint is
