Abandoned highways and bridges of Texas

FM 1097 north of Willis (at Tanyard Road)

The only section of abandoned roadway along the entire stretch of FM 1097 in Texas occurs at the intersection of Tanyard Road just north of Willis. Not much more than a slab here. Looks like it is used for parking trailers. You can tell it was a bright day, especially from the middle photo.
