Abandoned highways and bridges of Texas

Semi-abandoned U.S. Highway 183 - Gonzales, Texas

A very short segment of abandoned 183, now used as a driveway, was left over when the highway was realigned. Not too exciting, but definitely an old section of what was apparently once the main highway through town. First is an aerial. The short segment ends near the row of trees. The second is a photo of the old road. I don't know for sure, but this might have been 90A or even a different number highway. Readers let me know!
