Abandoned U.S. Highway 90A in Gonzales

Actually this is a semi-abandoned piece of road now used as a short drive along a cemetery in Gonzales, Texas. This is a case where the road was realigned after the town was bypassed, leaving a short piece of the old road orphaned. The semi-abandoned part is the roadway just below the divided highway in this aerial photo. The second photo shows the old highway/driveway.
