Wheat Street (Pointer Street??)

Wheat Street in several locations (near intersection with Antoine Drive). The street is strangely broken up by several barricades. Near each barricade there is usually a patch of old asphalt indicating an abanonded section. Even more strange is that this street is shown on former maps as Pointer Street and one of the signs at a traffic light used to read Wheat-Pointer Street.
