There is some question as to whether this road ever existed. You make the call on this one. Old maps and old aerials are inconclusive. My best guess is that the road was to have continued beyond the barricade, but opposition caused the road to not be built and dirt paths are in the area where this street would have gone. I call this an "abadoned project" abadoned street or road in Houston.
