Sumpter

Sumpter is one of the streets that was abandoned in preparation for the extension of the Hardy Toll Road from the North Loop (Interstate 610) down south along Maury/Hardy streets culminating in downtown Houston. As a result, houses are gone. However, there is no set date on construction of the toll road.
