Telephone Road

Telephone Road was one of those roads who had a realignment due to the proximity of an aiport. For security reasons, I chose to use aerial photos. I did not think it was a good idea to take pictures of an abandoned road at Hobby Airport. However, I can use aerial photography to show you how the road shifted slightly over the years. Take a look at the photos below. The divided road is Telephone. Old telephone is just to the right. Photo two is 1978 and shows old Telephone much more prominent. The final photo shows Telephone Road in 1953. The 1953 alignment is the abandoned segment today.
