Rhonda Potts  - Rhonda Potts Fairchild, died October 14, 2017 - It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Rhonda Potts Fairchild. She was a loving wife, mother, and daughter. She was also a caring friend to anyone that had the privilege of getting to know her. She constantly gave of her time, energy, and finances to care for her loved ones. Besides her career as a Certified Intellectual Property Paralegal at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LP, she had several different organizations that she volunteered her time with. Rhonda was an active participant within Chevron Phillips as a First Responder, Floor Warden, and a Floor Safety Member. She was also a volunteer with the Jane Phillips Society and Voluntary Protection Program. Rhonda and her family were regular volunteers at the Huntsville County Fair, where, besides tattooing the rabbits for showing, her favorite part was getting to know and work with the parents and kids. The Walker County 4-H Rabbit Club and Walker County Fair Association are both setting up scholarships in her name. She was also active with the Community Emergency Response Team, working the radio or helping in the command center front office during severe storms or inclement weather, including most recently with Hurricane Harvey.

Tamara Lee Russell

Class of 1978 - Passed Sep 15, 2007 - My dear friend Tamara. She lived life to it's fullest and was a true Angel. For ten years she fought breast cancer and for 9 1/2 of those, she couldn't be held down. She loved God, Family and Friends and we were all better for having her in our lives.

No love, no friendship, can cross the path of our destiny without
leaving some mark on it forever. --
