Realtime Web ACARS - Help

Realtime Web ACARS is an interface of the ACARS Decoder/Server acarsd
Here you'll see the live ACARS stream from the selected ACARS Server.
On the right side of your screen are the icons for every contacted aircraft.
To see all available images of an aircraft simply click on one of the icons.

Depending on the settings you can search in the server database and/or you
can create ANAD style daily reports and/or add new entries to the databases.

The airline and aircraft statistics are build based on the
displayed ACARS messages.
There is no dupecheck within the statistic collection!
The statistics will not be hold in your browsers memory and 
not be written to disc. 
So after every restart the statistic will be cleared.

Report requests will be buffered on the server. 
After max. 15 seconds you'll get the answer for your request.
You can save the report with the Save page as... option from your browser.
The date format for requests is: DD/MM/YYYY

Search requests will be answered in realtime. You can search for: aircraft
registrations or flightnumbers. See the searchwindow
for a list of valid placeholder signs.

You can also request of new contacted aircrafts on this server.
This option can be disabled by the serveradmin.

If daily mailings are enabled on this server, than you can subscribe to get
daily ACARS reports within your mail.
Together with your authcode you can unsubscribe, pause, resume or change the 
type of the daily ACARS report.

You can open a small mapping window to show aircraft positions on the map.
To see details, simply click on the location icon within the map.

The chat function is enabled on every server. Here you can chat with others.
Within the chatfunction you can set your nickname with the command
/NICK yourname

Your browser will connect every 20 seconds to the server to get all new
ACARS messages. If there is an icon for the contacted aircraft, you'll
see it in the right iconbar.

You can send an email to the serveradmin if the EMail link is available 
within the toolbar.

The system will reload the content window if there are more than 250 messages.
This must be done to reduce the memory usage of your browser.
