MFJ 4114 - Portable Rechargeable Power Pack: A rechargeable AC power supply with a battery pack that uses Ni-Cad D cells or alkaline D cells (neither included). The front panel switch selects AC supply or batteries. A 120VAC adaptor is included. Output is 13.8 VDC at 1.2 amps, voltage regulated. It includes a charging circuit for D cell-sized Ni-Cads. It features dual digital VFOs, a noise blanker, and a quad conversion receiver with selectable AGC and a preamp. Includes microphone, maintenance manual on thumb drive, extra connectors, spare relay and few other spare parts. Sells For: $250 - $400.

Please Note: Has transmit self-oscillation issue on 15M and 17M bands that was never looked into except to print out some information from web (may be as simple as cleaning/tightening PWB mounting).  Has modification to preamp relay circuit to correct issue with preamp not working.
