Vestal XX 20K Race Run
Ford AB2HS is looking for help with radio communications. You will need to arrive on-site between 7:30 and 8 AM as the run starts promptly at 8 AM. If you are interested, please contact Ford AB2HS on the 146.865/ .820 repeaters.
The Vestal XX is a 20-kilometer road race in Vestal, New York. It is the oldest road race in the Southern Tier of New York State, with roots back to the 1930s.

BARA
Monthly Club Meeting Please Note: The VE Exam has been moved to Saturday at Noon during Field Day (see below).
Everyone is welcome to attend, as BARA meetings are open to all. The only prerequisite for attending is an interest in Amateur Radio. In addition, you will have the opportunity to meet other ham radio operators in your area and learn from their experiences as well. Unable to attend in person? Volunteer Exam (VE) Test Session
An excellent opportunity for those looking to earn their license or upgrade their existing privileges. Walk-ins are allowed. Please create an FCC account if you do not already have an FRN number. Bring your FRN number (for upgrades: a photocopy of your current license) to the test session, along with government issued photo ID.
