I'm writing on behalf of the Rochester
Amateur Radio Association (RARA) Hamfest Committee. We have enjoyed
having your club members as our guests during previous hamfests, so I
wanted to reach out to make sure that your club has all of the latest
details about this year's event.

Flea Market Vendor Entry at 7:00am
Flea Market Opens at 8:00am
Admission:
RaRa Members are FREE
Non-members: $10
Under 18 years of age / Students w/ ID: FREE
Flea Market Sales: $5 per vehicle

Last year several clubs set up canopies in the flea market, where their
members could hang out, sell a few items, and advertise their club to
festival attendees. Flea market spots only cost $5.
We also invite your club members to gain free admission in exchange for
volunteering for 2 hours during the hamfest. Please see the link
above to sign up as a volunteer.

York’s classic summer gatherings and a great excuse for a road trip
and a full day of radio fun. Expect a full outdoor flea market, free
license testing, door prizes, raffles, food, tech talks and ARRL awards
checking.
