Indicate what you want on your name badge, including the fastener type.

The price will not exceed $15 and you will pay BARA in cash or check when you receive your nametag. Your name badge will  have your Callsign and Name printed on it similar to the image below.

You will need to indicate what sort of fastener you want on your badge.

If you have a pacemaker, you SHOULD NOT order the magnetic fastener.

You must place your order by July 29^th .
