My name is Franz-Josef Plum. On amateur radio, I use the nickname Joe, which is more handable in use.  I was born in May of 1948.  I started this beautiful hobby Hamradio as an SWL (short wave listener) in 1970 with the Call DE1FJP. 1975 I also made my first licence: DB5PU. During this time I aquired a few other Calls for different countries, like  G5MMQ (as I stayed several weeks in the beautiful city of London), ON8PL (in Malmedy, Belgium), HB0PAD, HB0CLC (Vaduz, Liechtenstein) and PA9FJP (in Vaals, NL).  Actually I'm QRV with the Calls HB9CLC (in Chur, Switzerland), OK8WF(Czech Republic), SO2WF (Poland). Since 1981 I'm on the air with the Call DF2WF.
