Hello Pluto,
I have it converted under windows 10 with the DFUFileMgr.exe and added USB Device ID DF11.
program with (MacOS or Linux):
$ cd to file folder
# place jumper on boot0 pins - REBOOT
$ dfu-util -v -d 0483:df11 --alt 0 -D nanoVNA_0.1.0_ch.dfu
# remove jumper - REBOOT
