2j Schedule
2j.1 Clause 9(2) and apply Schedule 1, Table C and the notes to the schedule.
9(2) When operating the Radio Equipment the Licensee shall:
(a) only use the frequency bands specified in Schedule 1, subject to the limitations set out in that Schedule;
(b) only use a power level relating to those frequency bands which does not exceed the maximum power level specified in Schedule 1; and
(c) take account of any other limitations set out in Schedule 1 which apply to the class of Licence held by the Licensee.

Schedule 1, table C shows the frequencies, modes, powers etc that may be used by an Advanced Licence holder.
In the exam you may be asked questions related to the Schedule 1, in particular tables A, B and C. You will have been given a copy of the licencing conditions, so in preparation for the exam make yourself familiar with these tables, so that you know where to look in the exam.
