PARACLIPS are specially designed for use at 144MHz and higher... Parasitic elements are so high above boom, constructed to conform to the DL6WU directive for mounting parasitic elements on the boom which requires that each element is raised more than the boom radius (r) above boom as a result Free-Space dimensions can be taken direct to the boom. This has a clear advantage in providing an accurate solution to the age old problem of how to mount your elements!

Made of tough UV stabilized POLYPROPYLENE. Transparent to RF and doesn't get warm in the microwave oven test! Holds 3/16 Inch (4.7625mm) IMPERIAL OR 5mm METRIC OD rod parasitic elements AND purpose designed to sit on 3/4 Inch (19.05mm) square section OR a range of round boom sizes.
RUGGED ABS/POLYCARBONATE DRIVEN ELEMENT MOLDING...
Our exclusive design Driven Element molding is made from a durable UV stabilized 60% ABS plus 40% Polycarbonate mix. It was engineered to house the G4CQM COAXIAL DIPOLE which is a perfect solution for 50-Ohm direct feed yagis. Ingress of moisture is precluded by 'O' ring seals which guard each opening. In the microwave oven test our carbon free molding remains cool to touch!
Mounting is straightforward as the molding has an integral M5 bolt which is passed through the boom, this can be either round or square section. An M5 nyloc nut is provided to complete the fixing. The molding holds 5/8 Inch (15.8750mm) OR 16mm METRIC OD tube.
