How did SPARC get started ?
KB4JKL with a good friend and fellow officer, Doug Lotten, N2JHO, formalized a bunch of fellow hams within the Suffolk County Police Department and adjoining agencies into the Suffolk Police Amateur Radio Club (SPARC).
