WCCCA Information
Here are the frequencies for the Washington County Consolidated Communicaitons Agency's Trunked Radio System.  It is a Motorola SmartZone Type II system.  The first four frequencies rotate the control channel and should be programmed first in your scanner.
859.2375    859.7375    860.2375    860.7375
854.9875    855.2375    855.9625    856.2375    857.2375    858.2375

These frequencies are gap fillers and not in in the trunked pool.  These are good frequencies to monitor if you don't have a Trunktracker.
851.7125 - Forest Grove Police
851.7625 - Washington County Sheriff
855.7375 - Washington County Sheriff
855.8625 - Beaverton Police

These frequencies are 800MHz Mutual Aid Frequencies.  These are non-trunking simplex frequencies.  I have not heard any traffic on them, but I suspicion that they are used for TNT (SWAT) operations.  Keep them in a bank and scan them when police drop off the trunked system or when the trunked system drops off-line.  (Just remember, you will only hear traffic on these frequencies if you are really, really close to the action.)
866.0125 - National Calling
866.5125 - National Tac-1
867.0125 - National Tac-2
867.5125 - National Tac-3
868.0125 - National Tac-4
866.7500 - State of Oregon Government
866.3875 - State of Oregon Law Enforcement Tac-1
866.8000 - State of Oregon Law Enforcement Tac-2
867.5375 - State of Oregon Fire/EMS Tac-1
867.6125 - State of Oregon Fire/EMS Tac-2
