I am Currently living in Bloomington, Minnesota, with my family and friends, after completing a 2 year commitment with the U.S. Navy.

Since This web space is here because of the generosity of other Amateur's, I want to take some space to talk about the great hobby of Amateur Radio. Where else can you use, and play with nearly every form of radio communication? Everyone can buy a CB, but we can do the same thing as CB, throwing out 1500W of power, compared to CB's 4W. Amateur Radio also has some excellent opportunities to serve your community. I am also very active on 10m lately since the band has been very open. You can usually find me on voice between 28.3 and 28.5Mhz. I use a Radio Shack HTX-10 transceiver putting out 25w, and recently I have been able to make contacts in Eastern Europe, and a good part of Asia. I also operate Digital modes, mainly PSK31. One of the good things about my Ham Radio setup is that everything I have is mobile. I have a Kenwood TH-G71 dualband HT, a Yaesu FT4700 dualband mobile rig, and the Radioshack HTX-10 all mounted in my car, as well as my Dell laptop computer to run the digital modes. My car really is a Ham radio car, with 7 different antennas on it.
