Potentially Flooded Roads — Kershaw County
When a flood warning is in effect, check this map before you drive. Red shading marks the warning area. Orange dots inside the red area are the places to be most careful: each one is where a road crosses a creek, and these crossings can go underwater within minutes of heavy rain. Red pins are roads already reported closed or blocked. Six inches of moving water can stall a car, and a foot can carry it away.
If water covers the road, turn around.
