If you're
having issues with your DMR setup or want plug and play, I can
help you with that
Bridgecom wants $80 for 1 hour of tech support, $69 for their "Super Code Plug", $99 for their "Ultra USA & International Hotspot Codeplug", $14.99 a month for their BCU
My services are way less, nowhere near what you see above
List of available services I offer
- Personal
one on one instruction
- Get you
registered with RadioID.net to obtain your DMR user ID
- Multiple DMR
network registration / validation and password setup
- Adding
the BrandMeister talkgroup manager to your pi-star dashboard
- Program your DMR radio with my custom
code plugs, debloating your current plug, removing unnecessary talkgroups and
zones, renaming talkgroups
- I have custom talkgroups list that include 6 & 7 digital talkgroups that are not listed or labeled by BrandMeister
- pi-star hotspot configuration, adding additional DMR networks using DMR
Gateway for
TGIF, AmComm, QuadNet, FreeStar, System-X, XLX, BrandMeister
- Helping
you with
basic
computer skills required for DMR code plugs and CPS software operation
- Tech
support via email, messenger, telephone, SMS text, remote PC, on the
air using my AllStar node, Echolink node, my BrandMeister DMR talkgroup
- Personal
how to videos custom made for you and your setup
Basically what I do is get you on the air with a working hotspot configuration and code plug for your radio
I do have my weaknesses when it comes to other non pi-star devices
I
don't know much about OpenSpot or other RF Shark devices, can't help
you there and I only work
with
DMR radios made for ham use, unless you can provide CPS software for
yours
I also don't work on WPSD dashboard its buggy and has way too many updates not stable
I recommend installing (Pi-Star:4.2.3
/ Dashboard: 20250429)
How much are my services?, That depends on how much work you want me to do
Its nowhere near what they want I can tell you that.

email me for help with DMR
PLEASE NOTE: I am not a DMR rocket science professor or professional, I'm just a ham who has
already been through the aggravation and frustration of dealing with
DMR and these very picky little pi-star devices.
Over the years I have acquired a unique set of skills that I teach other hams how to use and enjoy DMR as I have for years
There's nothing wrong with Bridgecom, they're a great company with
great products and services, they're just really expensive for the
average ham, and by nature most hams are cheap and have already spent most
all of their disposable cash on radio equipment.
What I'm offering here is an affordable alternative
