CP - BOLIVIA
     Antonio,EA5RM, is working in Bolivia in August but he will not have
     much time for our hobby. However he hopes to show up on the air as
     CP1XRM as much as possible.

DU - PHILIPPINES, OC-130
     Hans,DU9/DL5SDF, is back on Mindanao (OC-130) and will be active again
     only in CW when all his antennas are installed (most likely in August).
     QSL via DL bureau or direct to Hans Bohnet, Purok 5, Lower Bon-Bon,
     Libertad, Butuan City 8600, Philippines. His next trip home is planned
     for June 2010 and all bureau requests will have to wait until then.

FO - FRENCH POLYNESIA, OC-046
     Phil,F5PHW, and his family are moving to Tahiti (OC-046) where he will
     work during the next two years. He plans to install his equipment with
     a 100 watts radio, HF6VX vertical, an Inverted V, a dipole and maybe
     also a Spiderbeam until the mid of August and then hit the airwaves as
     FO/F5PHW. Perhaps he will obtain also a FO5 callsign. Phil will work
     mainly in CW and RTTY (sometimes also SSB and also PSK) on 80m-10m.
     His QSL manager is F8BPN, he confirms QSLs direct, via bureau or LoTW.

PY - BRAZIL
     The Brazilian state Amapa is the rarest among the 27 federal states and
     is situated in the Amazonas region. No DXer was active from there
     during the past 12 years. Alex,PY2WAS, is now planning an activity as
     PX8W in CW/SSB on 10m-80m on Aug 1/2.
     Alex will confirm QSLs direct or via the QSL bureau.

ZD8 - ASCENSION ISLAND, AF-003
     Jim,N6TJ, will show up from Ascension (AF-003) signing ZD8Z between
     Jul 30 and Aug 7. His QSL manager AI4U confirms direct and via bureau.

ZF - CAYMAN ISLANDS, NA-016
     Dave,W9CGI, is working as ZF2GC from Grand Cayman (NA-016/WLOTA 1042)
     from Jul 29 until Aug 10. You can find him mostly in PSK31 and SSB on
     17m and 12m running 50 watts into a vertical.
     He prefers eQSLs, confirms also direct or via bureau, but not via LoTW.

3DA0 - SWAZILAND
     David,3DA0DJ (GI4FUM/EI4DJ), will visit Swaziland for the third time
     between Jul 30 and Aug 11. His team also includes Tony,3DA0TB (G4LDL),
     Malcolm,3DA0MH (GM3TAL), Gerry,3DA0VA (M0VAA), Mike,3DA0MM (NC4MM), and
     sowie Yuri,3DA0EL (UT5EL). They plan to put up a scout station at the
     international Scout Camp near Manzini which will be active as 3DA0SS in
     the future. They will use the antennas (for 160m-10m) which are already
     at the Hawane Resort operating two stations around the clock.
     QSL cards should be sent to the operator's homecall.

4W - TIMOR LESTE, OC-148
     Al,CT1GPQ, will stay in Lorosae/East Timor from Aug 3 until Oct 3.
     He promises to become active in SSB, RTTY and mainly in CW on 40m, 30m,
     20m and 17m. His station includes an ICOM IC-706, dipoles for 40m/30m
     and square loops for 20m and 17m. He already got confirmation about a
     licence but his callsign is not known yet.
     His pilot station and QSL manager is Toze,CT1GFK.

7P - LESOTHO
     Pista,7P8AO (HA5AO), Ben,7P8YI (DJ0YI), Laurent,7P8MM (W0MM),
     John,7P8OK (9M6XRO), and Frosty,7P8CF (K5LBU), are going to activate
     the Kingdom of Lesotho from Jul 29 until Aug 13. They are working with
     two stations around the clock and have a third one available only for
     PSK and RTTY. They are using a 21m long vertical for 80m and 160m, a
     4 square dipole on 40m, a sloper on 30m and a Tennadayne T6 logperiodic
     on the other bands.
     QSL cards should be sent to the operator's homecalls with the exception
     of 7P8OK who committed M0URX as his QSL manager.

     Another team from Venezuela which announced to become active as 7P8YV
     had to cancel their trip.

GERMANY, SPECIAL EVENT STATIONS
     The special event station DP3SSKW is working in SSB/CW until the end of
     the year on the occasion of the 3rd Shito-ryu Shukokai Karate Worldcup.
     Skeds for 40m and 80m may be arranged by sending an e-mail with the
     subject "DP3SSKW" to: [email protected]
     QSLs via bureau or direct to DK7FK.

     DQ11APOLLO is operated by the German club in Luedinghausen (N28) with
     the special DOK Apollo11. Responsible for the station and also acting
     as QSL manager is Thomas,DF3JO. The first QSOs were made on Jul 16-24
     to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the first landing on the moon on
     Jul 20,1969. The call will be activated during several occasions in
     2009 and 2010:

     Apollo 17:  Dec 07-19, 2009
     Apollo 8:   Dec 21-27, 2009

EU-001, SV5, Dodecanese (Dodekanisos): Several members of the Dodecanese
     Radio Amateur Ass. (DRAA) will be QRV as SX5SYMI from Symi Island
     (GIOTA DKS 032) from Jul 31 till Aug 3. QSL via SV5FRI (direct/bureau).

EU-014, TK, Corsica Island (main): Laurent,F8BBL, will be active as
     TK/F8BBL/qrp from Corsica (EU-014/DIFM TK-001/MIA MCO-001/WLOTA 1390)
     from Aug 1-15. His preferred frequencies are 7096 kHz in SSB and
     7032 kHz or 10118 kHz in CW. He also plans to activate the island of
     Sanguinaires (EU-104, TK-002) during this time.

EU-041, IM0, Maddalena Archipelago: Giacomo,IM0/IZ3DBA, will be QRV from

     from Aug 2-21. QSL via homecall (direct/bureau).

EU-178, ES0/8, Parnumaa County: Juri,ES5GP, plans to activate the island of
     Kihnu as ES5GP/8 between Jul 29 and Aug 9. QSL via homecall.

NA-126, VE1, NS Province South Group: Martin,VE1/G3ZAY, will show up from
     McNutt's Island on Jul 29. QSL via homecall.

NA-142, W4, FL State North West Group: Jim,AD5ZA/4, intends to activate
     Santa Rosa aka Okaloosa Island (USi FL-003S) on Aug 1. QSL via AD5ZA.

NA-185, VY0, Nunavut (Keewatin Region) Group: Mike,K9AJ/VY0, and his friend
     Bruce,KD6WW/VY0, will be QRV from Thomson Island (CIsA new) from Jul 31

NA-239, KL, North Alaska Peninsula East Group: Merle,N6PYN/KL7, and
