CN - MOROCCO
     Achim,DL1DAW, will be on a holiday DXpedition from Oct 15-21. He got
     the callsign CN2AW allocated by phone and written permission shall
     follow this week. Achim and his XYL will go to Dar Bouazza south of
     Casablanca in Morocco and he may use the antennas of Andre,CN2DX, which
     will be used in the WAG Contest. He works only sporadically on 10m-80m
     in SSB, CW and RTTY during the rest of the time. QSL via DL1DAW.

DU - PHILIPPINES, OC-129
     OM Manfred,DL4IAS, will spend his holidays on Bantayan Island (OC-129)
     from Oct 20 until Nov 5. He will sign DV7/DL4IAS on following QRGs:
       PSK: 7035.15, 10140.15 and 14070.15 kHz
       SSB: 7140 and 14140 kHz
        CW: 7020, 10120 and 14020 kHz.
     Manfred will use his FT-857 and a dipole. QSL via DL4IAS.

EA6 - BALEARIC ISLANDS, EU-004
     Adrian,EA6/AA5UK, will activate Ibiza (EU-004, DIE E-023) mostly
     in SSB and digital modes on 160m-10m from Oct 14-29.
     He plans to take part in the CQ WWDX SSB Contest as well.
     QSLs via bureau or direct to his homecall, via eQSL or LoTW.

FP - ST PIERRE AND MIQUELON, NA-032
     Eric,FP/KV1J, and Tom,FP/W8TOM, will stay on Miquelon (NA-032, DIFO
     FP-002) from Oct 20-27. They will work in SSB/CW/RTTY/PSK on 160m-6m
     and will use FP/KV1J during the CQ WWDX SSB Contest.

J5 - GUINEA-BISSAU
     Jose,CT1DSV, has been announced to show up as J5S from Oct 12-18.
     QSL via homecall.

J6 - ST LUCIA, NA-108
     John,W5JON, is planning another activity from St. Lucia (NA-108) as
     J68JA on 160m-6m (also 60m) from Oct 20-30. This includes the WWDX SSB
     Contest as well. His rig is an IC-7000 with KL-400 amp (350 watts) and
     his antennas are an Alpha Delta DX-LB, DX-EE dipoles and a 3 ele yagi
     for 6m. QSL via W5JON.

PJ4 - NETHERLAND ANTILLES, BONAIRE, SA-006
     Tom,PJ4/ZP5AZL, Dale,PJ4/N3BNA, Noah,PJ4/K2NG, Jorge,PJ4/CX6VM,
     Peter,PJ4/PJ4NX, Anibal,PJ4/ZP5VAY, and maybe also other op's will show
     up from Bonaire Island (SA-006) from Oct 20-26.
     The group will sign PJ4K (QSL via ZP5AZL) in the multi 2-class of the
     WWDX SSB Contest.

PY0/T - TRINDADE ISLAND, SA-010
     Four members of the Rio DX Group (PY1NB, PY1ON, PY1YB and PY1ZV) are
     planning an activity as ZY0T from Trindade (SA-010) from Oct 17-20.
     This date may vary since they depend on the transportation provided by
     the Brazilian navy. Operation is planned with two stations in CW and
     SSB on 10m-160m on following frequencies:
     SSB: 28550, 28450, 24950, 21250, 18118, 14250, 7050, 3765 and 1840 kHz
      CW: 28030, 24910, 21030, 18088, 14030, 10110, 7005, 3520, 1821.5 kHz.
     QSLs unfortunately only direct via PY1NB, Felipe Ceglia, Estrada Nova,
     220 Teresopolis-RJ 25970-580, Brasil.

V2 - ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA, NA-100
     Tom,K7ZZ, will be QRV in all modes on all bands signing V25Z from
     the Yepton Estate Cottages (NA-100, WLOTA L-1118) from Oct 19-28.
     Unfortunately QSLs only direct via K7ZZ.

V3 - BELIZE
     Rich,N0HJZ, will show up as V31MW from Belize from Oct 17-26.
     He intends to join the SOAB HP class of the WWDX SSB Contest.
     QSLs via LoTW or direct an N0HJZ.

4U1UN - UNITED NATIONS HEADQUARTERS, NEW YORK
     The "4U1UN activity week" has been announced for Oct 19-25. Several
     first class operators will do their best to serve the deserving: OH2BH,
     OH0XX, OH2NB, OH6LI, G3SXW, F5CWU, F4EGD, PY5EG, JK3GAD, UA9AB, LA5IIA,
     LA4OFA, NN1N, K2QI, KA2RTD, K2LE, N2UN, N2GA, K2DO, KA2D, N2YBB, WQ2N
     and W2VQ. They are not allowed to attach additional antennas to the
     outside of the building for security reasons (headquarters of the UN)
     but the team will try to meet the demand for different band points.
     Their daily operating times are limited to 1200-0400 UTC. They also
     plan to join the multi-2 class of the upcoming WWDX SSB Contest.
     QSL cards should be sent direct, via bureau or LoTW to HB9BOU.
     The special event callsign 4U46UN is active until the mid of November.

6W - SENEGAL
     Seb,F8IJV, is going to spend his honeymoon in Senegal from Oct 14-30.
     He will use the shack of Jean-Francois,6W7RV, in CW/SSB/digital modes.
     Seb's callsign will be 6V7Q and he plans to join the WWDX SSB Contest
     as well. QSLs via his homecall.

8Q - MALEDIVES, AS-013
     8Q7EJ is Jim,G3VDB, who is staying on Vilamendhoo Island (AS-013) until
     Oct 25. Jim likes to work in CW, RTTY and PSK31 on the HF bands.
     QSL via bureau, direct, eQSL or LoTW to his homecall.

SOUTH PACIFIC TRIP
     Karl,DL2FAG, will spend his holidays in the South Pacific between
     Oct 19 and Nov 30. His trip will bring him to Niue (OC-040),
     New Zealand (OC-134) and Western Samoa (OC-097). Karl will work mostly
     in RTTY, PSK and SSB on 80m-10m (no 80m operation from New Zealand)
     using his IC7000, Triple Leg multiband antennas and dipoles.
     QSLs direct or via bureau to DL2FAG. Karl asks everbody to enclose
     only new IRCs with your direct mail This is his travelling schedule:

ALASKA, SPECIAL EVENT STATION
     The special callsign KL5O will be activated during the "Alaska Day"
     from Oct 18, 1800 UTC, until Oct 19, 0600 UTC. They will be active
     in CW, SSB and RTTY on 10-160m with more than 15 stations from all
     over the country.
     Contacts will be confirmed via the QSL manager AC7DX, via LoTW or eQSL.

THE NETHERLANDS, SPECIAL EVENT STATION
     The "International Police Association Radio Club" of the Netherlands
     is celebrating its 30th anniversary by activating the special event
     station PA30IPA between Oct 10 and Nov 6. QSLs via PA9LUC.

USA, SPECIAL EVENT STATION
     The station W4R will be QRV from the Loxahatchee National Park (see:
     http://www.fws.gov/loxahatchee) in SSB and maybe also in CW on 20m and
     40m on Oct 17 from 1400-1830 UTC. QSL via WA4WTG.
