Changes at the VK QSL bureau
----------------------------
The Wireless Institute of Australia (WIA) has commenced the operation of
an Australian incoming bureau for all QSL cards destined for VK amateurs.
So there is no requirement anymore to send QSLs to the various Australian
State bureaus. The VK1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9/0 bureaus will remain
operational till all overseas bureaus become aware of the new arrangements.
The WIA is currently advising overseas bureaus of the change.
