BV - TAIWAN, AS-020
     Steve,BW1/K8QKY, will be active in CW on 160m-6m from Apr 14-19.
     QSL via his homecall K8QKY.

HA - HUNGARY
     Pisti,HA0ANA, Laci,HA0HW, Toni,HA0LG, and Viktor,HG0NAZ, will show up
     as HG0WFF from the Bihari nature park working in CW and SSB on all
     HF bands from Apr 16-18. QSL via bureau to HA0HW.

HS - THAILAND, AS-125
     E20AS is the callsign of a group of the Radio Amateur Society of
     Thailand (RAST) which is momentarily activating the island Koh Chang
     (AS-125). The team including John,W2YR (HS0ZDJ), Sam,SM3DYU (HS0ZDY),
     Winit,HS1CKC, Cy,HS0GBI, and Swen,DB3KT (HS0ZFZ), is working in CW/SSB
     and will stay on the island until Apr 16. Their QSL manager is HS1CKC.

JW - SVALBARD, EU-026
     After the accidental death of JW5NM his widow Inger,JW8KT, is prepared
     to continue making the JW5E-hut available for guests of the club- and
     contest station JW5E. The new managing director of Telenor on Svalbard
     is Harald,JW7XM. Inger plans to remain on the island for the next six
     years, until she retires. The hut is primitive with no running water or
     toilets. Inger will provide water for basic hygiene and cooking. There
     is an electric stove and a refrigerator so you can prepare simple meals
     WC is available at the nearest hotel (SAS Radisson). Three to four
     people can sleep in the hut but you must bring your own sleeping bags.
     The station is equipped with a TS870 transceiver, an old ICOM 2KL (not
     working on 30m), a 3 ele Fritzel tribander, dipoles for 160m, 80m, 40m
     and 30m. If you are interested to rent the hut and station you can
     contact Inger via e-mail ([email protected]). Donations in form of new
     equipment are welcome. Perfect would be a new automatic amplifier and
     a new beam covering 10-40 meters! Harald,JW7XM, is also willing to make
     himself available for visiting hams. His e-mail is [email protected]

P2 - PAPUA NEW GUINEA, OC-008
     Mat,JA1JQY, Sasi,JA1KJW, and Kuni,JA8VE, are members of the "Yamato
     Amateur Club" and will activate New Britain Island (OC-008) with two
     stations in CW and SSB on 160m-10m from Apr 15-23.

     A Greek team will activate the Prespa nature park signing SX2WFF in CW

YV - VENEZUELA
     Several members of the "Grupo DX Caracas" and the "Amateur Radio Asso-
     ciation of Venezuela" will show up as YW6R working in SSB/CW on 40m,
     20m, 17m and 15m from the 2.810m high Mount Roraima from Apr 16-18.
     Mount Roraima marks the border between Venezuela, Brasil and Guyana.
     Their QSL manager is W4SO.

ZA - ALBANIA
     Franck,ZA/F4DTO, and Patrick,ZA/F4GFE, will be QRV from Elbasan/Albania
     in SSB on 40m-10m from Apr 15-24. They will run 100 watts into Monoband
     dipoles. QSLs direct or via the French bureau to their homecalls.

9Y - TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO, SA-011
     Rolf,9Y/DL2DBE, is active from San Fernando on Trinidad (SA-011). He
     is working on 30m-6m during his evening hours until the end of April.
     QSLs via DJ5BWD, bureau ok.

PUERTO RICO, SPECIAL EVENT STATION
     As part of the activities to commemorate the life of the first Puerto
     Rican governor, the Radio Operadores del Este will activate the special
     event station KP3RE on Apr 18 from the Jesus T. Pinero house museum in
     Canovanas/Puerto Rico (NA-099). They will be on the air from 10m-40m
     from 1300-1900 UTC in PSK31, SSB and possibly on CW. They will also be
     commemorating the World Amateur Radio Day 2010. Jesus T. Pineiro was
     the first governor of Puerto Rican origin in 1946. One of his hobbies
     was Amateur Radio using the call 4KT and he was also co-founder of the
     Porto Rico Radio Club in 1918. QSLs direct or via bureau to KP3RE.

UKRAINE, SPECIAL EVENT STATION
     The Radio Club Stakhanov (UR4MWN) will activate the nature reserve
     Luhanskyi signing EM0MFF in CW and SSB on 80m-10m from Apr 16-18.
     QSLs direct or via bureau to UX7MA.

URUGUAY, SPECIAL EVENT STATION
     Ricardo,CX7ABK, will use the special callsign CV7G in SSB on 20m/40m
     from Apr 17-19. This activity remembers the "33 Orientals" which was
     a small group of revolutionaries who induced the founding of the state

60m band allocated to amateur radio on the Cayman Islands
---------------------------------------------------------
Starting on Mar 29, 2010, amateur radio operation is now allowed in the
Cayman Islands also on the 60m band. OM Eden,ZF1EJ, is very active on this
band during these days.
