E4 - PALESTINE
     Antonio,EA5RM, and the "Tifariti Gang" (EA2RY, EA5FX, EA7AJR, EA7KW,
     F5CWU, F6ENO, F9IE, IN3ZNR and UT7CR) will show up as E4X working with
     at least three stations simultaneously in CW, SSB and RTTY on 160m-6m
     between May 28 and Jun 6. Their QSL manager will be EA5RM.

EA8 - CANARY ISLANDS, AF-004
     Celebrating the anniversary of the local autonomous Parliament's first
     session (in 1983) the Canary Islands Day is held every year on May 30.
     For this event eight special event stations will be activated from all
     inhabited islands of the archipelago on May 29/30:
        EG8FTV from Fuerteventura
        EG8GCA from Gran Canaria
        EG8GOM from La Gomera
        EG8GRA from La Graciosa
        EG8HIE from El Hierro
        EG8LPM from La Palma
        EG8LZT from Lanzarote
        EG8TFE from Teneriffa
     Activities will take place in SSB, CW and digital modes on all bands.
     The QSL manager for all callsigns is EA8TH.

FH - MAYOTTE ISLAND, AF-027
     Lionel,F5PSL, is working in SSB on 80m-6m signing FH8ND from
     Mayotte (AF-027) between May 23 and Aug 15.
     QSL direct or via bureau to F1OKV.

PJ2 - NETHERLAND ANTILLES, CURACAO, SA-006
     Jim,PJ2/WI9WI (QSL via homecall), is working from Signal Point on
     Curacao (SA-006) from May 23 until Jun 2.
     He also plans to join the CQ WPX CW Contest as PJ2T (QSL via N9AG).

SV - GREECE, EU-174
     Laci,SV8/HA0HW, will be active from Thassos (EU-174, GIOTA: NAS-037,
     MIA: MG-124, WLOTA: LH-4186) between May 27 and Jun 7. He prefers
     working in CW on the WARC bands, 40m and 6m, but also in SSB/RTTY/PSK31
     on all other bands. He will sign J48HW in the WPX CW Contest.
     QSL cards should be sent via the HA bureau to his homecall.

TA - TURKEY
     Members of the "LZ Flora Fauna Club" (LZ44WFF) will sign TC3WFF from
     the Kuscenneti national park (TAFF-022) from May 26-30. They will take
     part also in the upcoming WPX CW Contest signing TC3A in the Multi/2
     category. They will also work in SSB and on the WARC bands before the
     contest. QSLs for both calls via LZ1ZF, NOT via the TA bureau!

TK - CORSICA, EU-014
     Some members of the "Valle Brembana DX and Contest Team" (Fabio,IZ2GMT,
     Andrea,IZ2AJE, Diego,IW2MZX, Claudio,IK2AOO, and Enzo,IZ2GLU) will be
     QRV on 80m-10m signing TK9E from Corsica (EU-014) from May 26-31.

V2 - ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA, NA-100
     Darrell,AB2E, is going to be active as V26E from Antigua (NA-100) from
     May 27-31. He will also take part in the WPX CW Contest (SOAB). Darrell
     will work in CW especially on the WARC and low bands before and after
     the contest. QSLs should be sent direct to his homecall or via LoTW.

V3 - BELIZE, NA-073
     Mike,VE2XB, is working as V31XB from Caye Caulker (NA-073) in CW/SSB
     on all HF bands and 6m between May 25 and Jun 14. QSL via homecall.

V8 - BRUNEI
     Several members of the "GEMILANG Radio of Persatuan Gemilang Daerah
     Tutong" will activate the special callsign V84SGR during a fieldday on
     Seri Kenangan Beach in Tutong on May 30/31. They will work in SSB and
     digital modes on 40m/30m/20m/17m/15m. QSLs via V8MVE.

YN - NICARAGUA
     Once again Eric,K9GY, is visiting Octavio,YN2N, and will show up in CW
     on the WARC bands signing YN2GY from May 27-31. If you want to work him
     on the five classic bands listen for him in the CQ WPX CW Contest.
     QSLs via bureau, direct or LoTW to his homecall.

ZS8 - MARION AND PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND, AF-021
     Pierre,ZS8M, who is working on Marion Island (AF-021) for one year,
     was very active during the last week especially on 20m and 17m from
     0630-1000 UTC. He has been spotted on following frequencies:
     7.140, 14.243, 14.200-14.225, 18.150 and 21.266 MHz.

CHINA, SPECIAL EVENT STATION
     The Harbin Institute celebrates its 90th anniversary and the special
     event station BT90HIT will be QRV from Jun 1-10. QSL via BY2HIT.

FRANCE, SPECIAL EVENT STATION
     The special event station TM24H is working in CW/SSB/PSK/RTTY on HF,
     VHF and 6m from the 78th edition of the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans
     between May 30 and Jun 13. Special QSLs will be available as every year
     The QSL manager is F6KFI, via bureau is ok.

HUNGARY, SPECIAL EVENT STATION
     The special event station HG30FHA celebrates the 30th anniversary of
     the first flight of the Hungarian astronaut Farkas Bertalan. The call
     is activated by the "MOM Radio Club" (HA5KFV) until Dec 31.
     QSL via HA5KFV, LoTW is possible as well.

THE NETHERLANDS, SPECIAL EVENT STATION
     Frans,PC2F, will activate the special callsign PC100AR from May 29
     until Jun 26. This call stands for 100 years Alfa Romeo. Frans is
     collecting everything by Alfa Romeo and so it was clear for him to
     activate a special callsign for this anniversary. The QSLs will be
     printed after Jun 26 and can be requested via bureau or direct or eQSL.

DXCC: Once again you will have the possibility to use the DXCC field check
     at the ARRL booth on the HAM RADIO fair in Friedrichshafen.

SILENT KEY: The wellknown DXer and DXpeditioner Jakob Laib,HB9TL (VK6CTL),
     passed away on Apr 24, at the age of 82. Jakob was Honor Roll #1 member
     of the DXCC and among others he activated also the neutral zone (mean-
     while deleted) in former years.

PIRATE: ZK3T was ative in CW in December 2009 and announced DK8JB as his
     QSL manager. After the first QSLs have arrived DK8JB states that he
     cannot answer those requests because this wwas the work of a pirate.
