BV - TAIWAN, AS-020
     Yoshihiro,BW2/JK2VOC, announced to be active from Jun 18-20.
     He asks for QSLs direct via his homecall.

DU - PHILIPPINES
     Gerard,F2JD, is on the road to Manila (OC-042) again from where he
     will sign DU1/G0SHN in all modes on all bands for the next six months.
     He also plans to activate other IOTA islands during his stay.
     QSL via F6AJA, bureau ok.

HB0 - LIECHTENSTEIN
     Marc,OZ1MDX, plans to show up as HB0/OU4U working in CW, SSB, RTTY and
     maybe also PSK31 on HF from Jun 22-27.

J2 - DJIBOUTI
     Vincent,F5MJV (ex-FM5JV,-FO5RN,-FO0/F8UFT...), is working in Djibouti
     for the next time. The length of his stay is not known but it should
     last at least until 2011 or 2012. His callsign is J28JV.
     In the beginning he will work from the military area on fridays and
     saturdays. He may be QRV also in the evenings of other weekdays as soon
     as he has put up antennas in his residential area. Vincent is working
     mainly in CW and digital modes (only some SSB) on all bands, including
     the WARC bands.
     QSL cards should be sent via bureau or direct to his QSL manager F5NQL.
     Vincent also plans to activate the IOTA Gulf of Tadjoura Group (AF-053,
     WLOTA 1596) during his stay. Unfortunately he received no permission
     to set foot on the Saaoubia islands (AF-059).

JT - MONGOLIA
     Sank,JT1AS, received the special callsign JT70AS to celebrate his
     70th birthday. He is using this call in RTTY and PSK on HF until the
     end of the year.
     QSL cards direct via Sank N., PO Box 719, Ulaanbaatar-23, Mongolia.

KH2 - GUAM, OC-026
     Dave,N2NL, is working on Guam (OC-026) for three years starting on
     Jun 17. His callsign will be KH2/N2NL only in CW. During contests he
     will use the call NH2T like in the RSGB IOTA Contest (Jul 24/25).
     QSLs via LoTW or via his QSL manager W2YC (direct/bureau).

KH0 - NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS, OC-086
     Tony,JA6CNL, will stay on Saipan (OC-086) from Jun 18-22. He will sign
     KH0N in CW mainly on 80m/30m/17m/12m. He also plans to participate in
     the All Asian DX CW Contest (Jun 19/20). QSLs via his homecall.

R1MV - MALYJ VYSOTSKIJ ISLAND, EU-117
     On May 27, 2010, an agreement on the lease of the Russian part of the
     Saimaa Canal zone to Finland was signed in Lappeenranta/Finland by the
     Prime Ministers of the Republic of Finland and the Russian Federation.
     The new 50 year agreement supersedes the initial lease of 1963 which is
     due to expire in 2013. The new lease no longer includes Malyj Vysotskij
     Island, the present R1MV DXCC entity. The coming into effect of the
     agreement is subject to ratification by the parliament of Finland and
     the Russian duma later this year.

T31 - CENTRAL KIRIBATI / ZK3 - TOKELAU
     As everybody knows T31UR, T31X and ZK3X had to be cancelled due to
     a transportation problem. The team announced that they have found a
     new boat bringing them from Apia to Canton Island. The new date for
     the DXpedition is now Sep 8. For more information check their website:

V6 - FEDERATED STATES OF MICRONESIA, OC-012
     Sasi,JA1KJW, Hase,JK1EBA, Karl,JA3MCA, Kund,JA8VE, and Mat,JA1JQY, are
     going to activate Yap Island (OC-012) from Jun 22-29. This is their
     19th DXpedition to this island since 1993. This time they have found a
     new hotel which should produce better signals on the air. Activities
     will take place in SSB, CW and RTTY on 6m-160m with five radios and
     a 500 watts power amplifier.
     Their calls and QSL routes are V63JQ (via JA1KJW), V63AKA (JK1EBA),
     V63MCA (JA3MCA), V63VE (JF1OCQ) and V63JY (JA1JQY).

YA - AFGHANISTAN
     Mirek,SP8UFB, received his licence for T6MB recently. He will be active
     in CW, SSB, PSK and RTTY from the Bagram Air Base for six months. Maybe
     he will not be able to work on 80m and 30m. QSLs should be sent via his
     homecall and will be confirmed after he has returned home safely.

ZS8 - MARION AND PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND, AF-021
     Pierre,ZS8M, was very active especially on 20m and 17m during the
     last week. Listen for him on 14240, 14245, 18132 and 18140 kHz from
     0630-0930 UTC and 1230-1530 UTC. Meanwhile his postbox has changed.
     The new QSL route is now (immediately active):
     Pierre D. Tromp, PO Box 1151, Worcester, 6850, South Africa.
     If someone has already sent his QSLs to PO Box 1481 it is not necessary
     to send them again because the mail is forwarded automatically.

9H - MALTA, EU-023
     Markus,OH1MN, is spending his holidays with his family on the island of
     Malta (EU-023, MIA MM-001, WLOTA LH-1113) between Jun 19 and Jul 3. He
     will show up as 9H3MK on 80m-6m as much as possible. Markus is working
     in SSB and digital modes and requests QSLs via his homecall OH1MN.

BELGIUM, SPECIAL EVENT STATION
     Some members of the "Radio Club de Binche" are going to activate the
     callsign ON44WAR from La Gleize on Jun 19/20. Every second half and
     full hour they will work in CW on 7025 or 3560 kHz, every other half
     and full hours they will be QRV in SSB on 40m and 20m. QSL via ON7RY.

ITALY, SPECIAL EVENT STATION
     The airport in Malpensa started its operation 100 years ago. The
     special call II2MAL will be QRV for this reason until the end of June.
     This station has the WAP reference number WAP-194. QSLs via IW2MNO.

DXCC: Bill Moore,NC1L, writes that the QSLs of the recent DXpedition to
     Palestine (E4X) are accepted for DXCC credit now.

     a DXpedition to the Cayos Cochinos marine national park from Jun 18-20.

     and digital modes on all bands from their QTH Cayo Pequeno.
