EasyTerm v0.46 changes:
- Added YAPPC extension to YAPP protocol. Each YAPP block protected by CRC8.
- Fixed incoming files conflict using YAPP. Old files will be saved in backup.
- Fixed various bugs.

EasyTerm v0.42 changes:
- Added "SaveIncompleteMsg" option, "SaveIncompleteMsg=1" allows the storage of
  incomplete messages in the mailbox.

EasyTerm v0.39 changes:

- All remote commands may start with "/" or "//".
- Added "/R" command for sysop alert.
- Added "Clear MH-list" button in the "MHeard list" window.
- Added "MHLines" parameter (see INI file). You can limit the number of
  lines (1-100) for remote "/MH" command.
- Unblocked "Connect to" button in the "Monitor" window (ET looking for the
  first free channel to establish a new connection).
- Fixed some minor bugs.
