In 1993 this model was included in the Advanced Electronic Applications AEA listings as the SB-90; supposedly less than 35 were sold. A few other may have been brought into the US from Europe by collectors (as the above paddle was). Updated versions of this model are now called the "Key-8" and are imported from ElectroInstrument in Voronezh, Russia. Note the 5 pin DIN connector on the right side of the base.
