Enable GETC SYSTEM and write to station, don't forget to rest station after write pass. Now Exit back to Main Menu. |
Choose “GETC Interface” now you see this screen: |
Choose “Function Lists” and you get this screen: |
Choose “GETC IN” |
For “Repeat PTT On” Make your Table Data as seen here. Stop, TX AGND, Start, TX EXT HSD. This Enables HSD ( high speed data) to be sent to the modulator. Don’t forget to WRITE and Reset station. |
Now set “Repeater PTT Off” as seen below. Stop, TX EXT HSD, Start, TX AGND |
WRITE it and Rest the station. That’s it, now when you send Data to the GETC In pin on the T/R Shelf, it will pass it flat response directly to the modulator.
Now to wire up the station… Back to Main Menu |
WARNING: In this guide you will need to use the GE software “msedit”. If you do not know what that is, PLEASE stop here and find someone to help you out as you can severely mess up your station if you don't know the software.
First thing is to start with a working modified for Amateur band MASTR III repeater, if you have not done this yet, check the repeater builder site located here. Ok, connect your computer to the station, run msedit and from the main menu select “Configure System”
