About NM5SH:
The NM5SH group was created in the 2014 timeframe to learn and promote high speed data over commodity wifi router hardware using "HSMM", later Broadband Hamnet (BBHN). After interest in this mode waned due to a number of factors, the group transitioned to the use and deployment of open source DMR radios and repeaters.
