Very low activity in random..called often cq with big echos but  nothing..
Woud be nice if someone is arround to break the noise level..

Dear All,

I have to inform you that today morning Peter, OE9PMJ has died at age 54.

He has been a pioneer of EME work, a truly outstanding ham with numerous
contributions to the advancement of the amateur community.

Until very recently he has been active on the moon using his OE9XXI call,
now his key will stay up forever!

Condolences should be addressed to his XYL Reinhilde, OE9YTV,
([email protected]).

K5JL:   cleaning up from the Tornado damage.. the feedhorn did get damaged but looks like
        it is repairable.. will be replacing the feed support with fiberglass tubing in place
        of PVC.. 

K2DH:   no traffic.. nice morning.. still collecting stuff to get back on EME.. 

VE1ALQ: squirlles have got to cables.. was going to get on EME but coax hacked up by the 
        animals.. sorry to hear abour Peter [as we all are].. not much to contribute.. 

DL9KR:  worked OZ/DL1EJA for #800 .. also SM2CEW worked Oliver.. single 21 ele F9FT vertical
        pol.. looking for KL7FH .. Jan is available for skeds tomorrow.. will be on Jul 2
        maybe .. should be back from trip to West Coast USA.. 

SV/DL9MS: has made EME contacts from SV .. looking for more stations .. 2x67 ele 350w 22.5db..
        looking for skeds tomorrow .. DJ9YW has been worked on 23cm.. Jo.. will only be
        on JT65 .. will be on 1296.044 KM06uw .. will monitor 14.345mhz.. 

UR5LX:  is QRV on 23cm .. will be on Field Day on July 2/3/4 with 3.6mtr dish .. 

VE4MA:  not much new.. needs to change cpu hard drive.. now has nice filter in line for 47ghz
        image rejection .. 3 pole filter working good for 1296 IF.. things are looking up.. 
        now looking at dates for 47ghz EME tests.. 

W9IIX:  just back from South Fl.. had a good time .. hand [arm] is progressing.. bought a 
        DEMI xvtr .. should have it in a couple weeks.. should be back on 23cm soon.. 

WA1JOF: nothing to report .. progress is ongoing.. tower is on the hinge.. nearly ready to
        put vertical mast on tower.. 

W5LUA:  Al also has squirrel problems.. working on 47ghz stuff still.. has IEEE show in 
        Ft Worth.. saw K2UYH, WA6PY & KK7B and others.. 

N7KA:   has a VHS tape of old EME W6LHE Stanford operation activity and going to make DVD ..
        W6PO, K0YW, N7KA and others were ops.. making more progress on 23cm station.. 
        still waiting on xvtr..  

AB9AH/M: just listening.. no traffic.. WI.. 

WA3DJG: has hole doug for mount .. concrete on Monday or Tuesday.. so there is progress..
        now has GS35B for 2 meters.. 

W5ZN/M: working on antennas.. picking up more material.. 

WD5AGO: hopes to put 23cm feed in dish in next month or so.. sorry to hear about OE9PMJ..
        remembers working Peter on SSB many years ago.. 

WA0WPJ/M: no traffic.. 

PA3CSG: heard OH0/OH3MCK  heard very well.. but when time for QSO .. not so good.. not 
        complete.. will try agin tomorrow.. NE7X [Arizona] 2 meter EME was worked.. 
        10ghz not working at this time.. building new feed for the dish.. will not be
        on tomorrow.. 

W5UN/M: in Dallas.. 

N2HLT/P: QRP at home..

VE7BQH: 2 meter EME net..
