SAT 400 CLUB NET-TIME RULES

The below are the rules that have been decided for the
operation of the net after pre-net warmup

THIS PAGE IS PRELIMINARY TO APPROVAL BY THE SAT 400 CLUB COUNCIL


1.  The rules in this section are requested to be followed 
    (these are general courtesy rules)
    a.  Do not cause text or pictures to be shown on the QSO tv  
    unless it is your turn with the following exceptions:

        1.  Checking into the net
        2.  Leaving the net
        3.  Time out from the net for whatever reason

     b.  Do not make any comments or ask any questions when it
     is not your turn unless net control asks for same.

2.  The rules in this section were voted in one of the council meetings. 
    a.  The net can be called to a close when the net controller when
	continuing the net serves no further purpose that evening.  
	Usually this is determined by the on air members
    not making any more calls for the night nor showing any more pictures.
    b.  One rule not voted on but has been used off and on is the net controller
	can continue the net beyond the stated time if the text-to-jpger agrees.
	c.  When it is your turn on the net, you have the option of showing two
    pictures, or making two contacts, or one of each.
