The WIA is requesting access to a slice of 70MHz (4 metre band) segment.
Hopefully, we may get a small slice i.e 70.000 to 70.500 MHz to compliment
the accessible bandplan available in IARU Region1.
Next it would be good to match the bandplan with Region1 to be compatible,
as in theory we should be able to work stations in South Africa, Middle East and Europe.
70 Mhz falls within the commercial band that we refer to as E-band  68-88MHz.
