and lodge interference complaints.

Develope Australia's contribution to international policy and practice
for the management and co-ordination of international spectrum allocation and
the management of satellite radiocommunication services; and

Provide opportunities for wide contribution by, and consultation with,
Government, industry and user organisations in the preparation of plans and strategies.
