Minutes: The minutes of the February 1999 General Meeting were accepted (6UU/6NT).BBQ: The barbecue proceeding the February GM was successful.
6RMS:
Discussion of the pager-noise problem. A letter must be sent to 6MS, thanking him re the installation.6RCT:
Multiple sources have reported that the low-batter tone is now being transmitted continuously.
During discussion, it was considered probable that the low-voltage cutout circuit had failed.
6CSW volunteered to consider designing a "better-behaved" circuit.
6UU volunteered to visit the site (yet again!) to replace the batteries, but only after he has fully tested the replacements, and has made other preparations.6BBR: Work continues.
Taits:
Ongoing. 6YBN and 6TRC are working on the EPROMS. 6CSW made mention of a problem with the PA stage, which seems to be drawing too much current. 6CSW also stated that 10 of the
transceivers are "ok" but that six are missing their TBA810S (Philips) audio IC's.Hollywood: Ongoing. 6MT to carry out a more thorough site survey.
6RBN:
There was discussion of the crystal problem, and of replacing the receiver. Mention was made of sending a letter to the owners of the site, but I am unsure of what its contents were to be!6RAV: Ongoing. Working party to be organized on the net, for a planned visit on 20 March 1999.
URC-101A:
6NT stated that the data files have been sent to the board-makers, together with those for the new (80m) Morse beacon.6RTH:
Progress unknown, as 6TRC not present. Concern was expressed that the batteries have been low on electrolyte for some time.

No statement received this month. All the licences due for renewal in late February had been paid for 5 years, (except for 6RAT and 6RMC, which were cancelled). There was about $1700 left in the bank.Net: 6CSW had nothing special to report.
General: The campaign to sort-out 6RMW continues, mainly by 6MM and 6TQ.
