Last year 97 paid members, this year 52 paid members. We need to find a way to motivate the people that are not paid yet.
"Hamclub online" handles the membership money collecting for dues. They charge a dollar a year for the service.
Email members that have not rejoined and ask them to renew.
We need to change the membership list when there's a silent key.

John, KM6LBW, Winter field Day for us is January 25th, Knapp Ranch addition park, 9:00 setup, 11am on air. Last year it was very windy.
