By 100 ft already made or 500 ft of coax and put on our own coax connectors? A little risky to put coax connectors on the cables the day of field day.
Hardwired networking for logging is better than Wi-Fi because the radios might interfere with the logging networking.
Bring extra spare parts and tools. 

We should do test runs of our equipment to make sure it works before field day. 

Julio had a generator, but last time it did not work too well.
We can rent a generator from Home Depot.
Global supply water and soft drinks. Members will bring potluck food. 
Create flyers to invite church members and scouts.
Set up a GOTA station on 2m/440.

Upload a flyer to the club website that we can share a QR code to the scouts.
