Claimed score comes from the CLAIMED-SCORE: tag in Cabrilo. This can be useful
when the claimed and actual are quite different, and deserves investigation.

This could be a log format problem where the exchange data columns are reversed
or data is missing, or the wrong year log (or wrong contest log) was submitted.
Also, incorrect or missing Cabrillo header data could lead to the wrong `home`
or `non-home` ini file being loaded when 2 Ini files are used.

The ARRL-SECTION: or LOCATION: tags are used to determine `home` logs in QSO parties.
`Home` logs in DX contests are identified by DXCC prefix from the Cabrillo filename.

Or - the claimed score could simply be wrong if the logging software or contester did
not apply the appropriate TX power level multiplier to the score, for example.
